With a documented activity as an innovative contributor to the New York City music scene since 1994, as well as internationally since 1982. The Sonus Rex label, a 2006 registered NYC business in 2006 shaped by pronounced innovative artistry. Ever since the formative 1980s reel-to-reel tape recorded, DIY produced and fanzine distributed audio cassette compilations of progressive jazz/fusion, new wave and punk, progressive improvised music, and experimental electronica, to the label's new millennium beyond genre mindset accordingly.
