​RECORDING STUDIO and LIVE TRACKING
With a documented activity as an innovative contributor to the New York City music scene since 1994, as well as internationally since 1982. And synonymous with the work of Sten Hostfalt, the Sonus Rex label, a 2006 registered New York City business in 2006 is shaped by innovative artistry. From 1980s reel-to-reel tape recorded, DIY produced and fanzine distributed audio cassette compilations of progressive jazz fusion, new wave, punk, improvised music, and experimental electronica, to a new millennium beyond genre mindset.
